Authorized Kubota Equipment Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized service, repair, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for Kubota equipment on an as-needed basis.

Services will support the City's Kubota equipment utilized by the Parks and Recreation Department. Work will include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and parts supply. This is an informal solicitation intended to establish a vendor for ongoing service needs throughout Fiscal Year 2027.

The City of Pasadena operates and manages approximately 1,100 vehicles and equipment units in its Fleet. The City maintains Kubota equipment such as turf tractors, skip loaders, and a 7-gang mower, which is utilized by the Parks and Recreation Department. Due to the specialized design of Kubota equipment, service and repair work must be performed using OEM parts and manufacturer-approved procedures.
