Authorized Honda Motorcycle Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Honda motorcycle service, repair, maintenance, and tire services on an as-needed basis.

Services will support the Police Department motorcycles utilized for public safety and operations. Work will include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and tire repair and replacement. This is an formal solicitation intended to establish a a multi-year contract with a vendor for ongoing service needs.

The City of Pasadena operates and manages approximately 1,100 vehicles and equipment units in its Fleet. This includes four (4) Honda motorcycles assigned to the Police Department, which are used for traffic enforcement and other public safety functions. Due to the critical role these motorcycles play in daily operations, maintaining their reliability and availability is essential.

The City is seeking a vendor that can provide timely service, including tire repair and replacement, to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
