Scope of Services
Repair Field #9 at Austin Tindall Sports Complex by removing the Bermuda 419 grass while incorporating a soil amendment product called Command to ensure proper root growth while controlling nematodes. Work breakdown Structure is as follows:
(a) The CONTRACTOR shall handle and coordinate all mobilization.
(b) The CONTRACTOR shall mill the designated area with a mechanical harvest device (such as a field top maker) approximately two (2) inches in depth (approximately 82,000 square feet).
(c) The CONTRACTOR will remove milled work to a location designated by COUNTY and spread it out.
(d) The CONTRACTOR will rototill existing soil at least six (6) inches in depth.
(e) Osceola County will drop 360 cubic yards of ½ command soil amendment for the CONTRACTOR to rototill into existing soil four (4) inches in depth.
(f) The CONTRACTOR will perform rough laser grade with tractor-mounted auto leveling equipment (approximately 82,000 square feet).
(g) The CONTRACTOR will finish laser level with tractor mounted auto lev
