Sealed quotes will be opened and bids tabulated at 11:00 am on March 5th, 2026, in the Public Works Office, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, IA, for consideration by the Newton City council at its meeting on March 16th, 2026; at the Newton City Council Chambers. The City of Newton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
