The County of San Mateo (County) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional auditing services for the review of expenditures expended off an awarded American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Funds Agreement (Agreement) between the County and The City of Half Moon Bay. The selected firm will ensure that funds expended from the Agreement were done so in compliance with the terms of the Agreement.
