Project Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide external auditing services. The firm shall be qualified and experienced in audits of governmental and/or utility entities that will provide solutions tailored to the Toho Water Authority’s specific needs and timetable specified in this RFP. The selected firm will be required to audit financial statements for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027 with the option to audit financial statements for the two subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in this RFP.
