Project Description: The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Water Quality Restoration Fund Board of Trustees, invites quotations from qualified entities to perform an audit of the Fund for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
The required audit shall:
*Be an examination of the fund to determine whether the Fund has been administered consistent with the provisions of Suffolk County Charter Chapter C Article XII § C12-10, as well as § 256-b of the New York County Law, § 1210-A(d)(iv) of the New York Tax Law, § 1210-F of the New York Tax Law, and all other applicable provisions of State Law.
*Be an audit of the receipts of the sales tax revenue for year 2025.
*Be an audit of the administrative expenses of the Board of Trustees and Fund.
*Be initiated by March 1, 2026 and completed by April 20, 2026.
