The Audiology and Speech Pathology department at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System requires a contractor to provide Interacoustics Audiometers and Function Screening Devices. The equipment shall be delivered and installed within 120 calendar days after the purchase order award.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. It is not a solicitation or request for offers, and no solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
