The City of Houston (the City) seeks proposals from qualified Texas licensed audiologists to provide hearing services necessary to promote or maintain the health and safety of an Older Adult (60+) who resides in Harris County. The agreement will be for an initial one (1) year term with four (4) one-year renewal options for a maximum five-year (5) contract term.
