The successful vendor shall demonstrate the ability to provide audiological services that includes diagnostic and and treatment/rehabilitative services for auditory, vestibular and related impairments. and audiologists to the District.
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the District is seeking to identify a Vendor or Vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
Please note, the preceding is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing of audiological but it is representative list of issues that the District has previously required services. The district reserves that right to award the separate contracts based on based on vendor qualifications and offerings if that is in the best interest of the District.
Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District) seeks proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured firms to provide a audiological services and audiologists.
