BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is investing in the technological capability of the Academy as defined herein. The focus will be on audio/visual components that provide capability towards purposes served by the division. OSHP is seeking turnkey upgrades in line with industry standards while maintaining a level of self-sufficiency during times of use.

STATE TERM SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY
All responses must be in reference to State Term Schedule (STS), Index# STS581, as awarded by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.  Quotes must reference associated price lists.  Failure to provide this information and associated contract number may deem the bid not responsive.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held Tuesday, October 15th, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Academy:
740 E. 17th Avenue
Columbus, Ohio 43211 (Check-in at security desk at front visitor entrance) Mandatory Site Visit is required to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at the specified time, barring any unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened. Bidders who fail to attend the Mandatory Site Visits and print their name on the sign-in sheets will be deemed not responsive.
Bidders must Pre-Register with Adam Williamson at awwilliamson@dps.ohio.gov by Monday, October 7th, 2024 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Note: This contact person is for registration only – bid questions are not permitted. The following information is required for pre-registration for each individual person attending: Company Name, STS Contract Number, attendee’s First and Last Name, Email Address. Include “SRC0000024162 Site Visit" in email subject line. The State cannot ensure attendance for those who fail to Pre-Register by the deadline.

EVALUATION & AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting the requirements of this solicitation.
