Audio/Visual Upgrades (including hybrid capabilities) & Ongoing Maintenance Needs

Washington County's Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) is requesting sealed bids for a three (3) to five (5) year contract to provide audio-visual (A/V) installation, upgrade, and maintenance services, including supporting modern hybrid solutions, to conference rooms throughout the Washington County campus as needed. Bidders must have valid Limited Energy Technician Class B license (LEB licensed) technician(s) on staff and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial A/V installation and maintenance, or will be found unresponsive.

The Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) is in the process of documenting, asset tagging, and developing an equipment replacement strategy for all conference rooms throughout the Washington County campus. Trained audio-visual experts at Washington County are seeking a skilled professional firm to aid in all aspects of audio-visual design, as-built documentation, implementation, support, and maintenance through the duration of the negotiated agreement, as Washington County supports current deployed technology and executes new audio-visual deployments.
