Notice is hereby given that STAVA BUILDING LLC, DBA LYLE BUILDING GROUP, a Construction Manager at
Risk (CM) for the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ROGERS COUNTY (Rogers County), will receive SEALED
bids via certified mail, courier, or hand delivered to the Rogers County Courthouse (ATTN: Purchasing Agent)
located at 200 S Lynn Riggs Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017 until 4:00:00 p.m. (CDT) on the 12th Day of June
2026 for:

ROGERS COUNTY FACILITY MAINTENANCE BUILDING ASPHALT
FOR THE BOARD OF COMISSIONERS FOR ROGERS COUNTY
Sealed bids will be opened at the Roger County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 200 S Lynn Riggs
Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017, at 9:00am on the 15th Day of June, 2026. All Bidders and the public are welcome
to attend.
Lyle Building Group will receive bids for the following trade packages:
32-01 Asphalt Paving
All bids are to be sealed and CLEARLY labeled by describing the project and indicating the bid package(s) on the
envelope as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Bid Security, as stipulated in the bid documents, in the
amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the amount of the bid equals or
exceeds $50,000. After the 4:00:00 PM. scheduled closing time for bids on 12th of June 2026, no bids may be
withdrawn.
Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before time set for
opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered
The Contract and Bidding Documents will be available for examination beginning May 23rd at the office of the
Construction Manager between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact Parker
Hull or Justin Sessions with Lyle Building Group at (918) 742-0999 with any questions about bid procedures or
documents. Copies of the contract and bidding documents, including the drawings and project manual, may also
be reviewed at the Dodge Plan Room, Southwest Construction News, or Procore online.
ROGERS COUNTY and LYLE BUILDING GROUP reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and
all informalities. Pursuant to the Public Construction Management Act for Political Subdivisions, 61 O.S. 215 et.
Seq., the ROGERS COUNTY will be the awarding public agency and LYLE BUILDING GROUP will be entering
into contract with the successful Bidder after award.
Complete, sign, and include all relevant attachments in a sealed envelope per the Instruction to Bidders and Title
61 requirements.
The Owner and Construction Manager will conduct a pre-bid conference at the project site for the purpose of review
of the bidding documents, site conditions, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. The pre-bid
conference is scheduled for 29TH of May 2025 at 2:00pm (CDT) and 3rd of June 2026 at 2:00pm (CDT). The pre-
bids are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.
All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents.
Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after opening bids and the
written contract executed within sixty (60) days thereafter.
