Amory Alert and Warning Entertainment System
For City of Amory Main Street & Facilities
The City of Amory, MS is requesting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFQ) from qualified firms
interested in providing audio services (to include emergency announcements, warning announcements,
music, information for the public, and more) for Frisco Park, Amory Main Street, and certain City of
Amory facilities.
Bid requests will be advertised in the Monroe County Journal June 17, 2026 and June 24, 2026
Responses are due: July 6, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. to Amory City Clerk's Office, 109 South
Front Street, PO 457 Amory, MS 38821.
Any responses received after the specified deadline will not be considered. Responses should clearly
demonstrate qualifications and should be in paper format. One (1) copy of the attached forms should
accompany response and will be required. Exact format of the technical qualification response is at the
discretion of the respondent. Overly complex or lengthy response packages should be avoided.
Electronic submittal is approved.
The City of Amory will have final decisions in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and
issuance of awards. Multiple awards may be made based on the needs of individual projects and in
efforts to comply with 2 CFR 200.321.
The City of Amory reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to solicit again at a later date.
The City of Amory may waive any irregularities in the proposal or negotiate variances from
specifications, and make awards that are in the best interests of the City.

formalities or technicalities or to accept the firm(s) who the City of Amory, in its sole discretion
determines to be most qualified.
Awarded contract may not be re-assigned.

* Contracting Business and all subcontractors must be licensed within the State of Mississippi
and provide a copy of the all licenses including business license with licensing municipality.

twelve existing speakers. The system will need to work with these speakers or trade-in
value given for JBL speakers.

Installation is included in cost estimate sheet.
