General work description: Contractor will provide qualified personnel to operate all equipment provided by contractor for the purposes of sound production and lighting services for outdoor concerts located at the James J. Eagan Center (July 4) and the amphitheater located in St. Ferdinand Park.
The concert dates are the following for each year of the agreement (35 total performances):
2026 (8 concerts)
- July 4, 11, 18, 25
- Aug 1, 8, 15, 22
2027 (9 concerts)
- July 4, 10, 17, 24, 31
- Aug 7, 14, 21, 28
2028 (9 concerts)
- July 4, 8, 15, 22, 29
- Aug 5, 12, 19, 26
2029 (9 concerts)
- July 4, 7, 14, 21, 28
- Aug 4, 11, 18, 25
Sound services will include but not be limited to main speakers and subs, monitors for band members, microphones, microphone stands, lighting and any necessary sound equipment not provided by the bands for sound production. Contractor will provide tie in for band equipment as needed and a line out for Florissant Media Department for recording purposes.
For concerts occurring in front of the James J. Eagan Center (July 4th) a mobile stage is provided (Wenger Showmobile) and stage size may be increased as needed with additional staging provided by The City of Florissant. Shore power is provided with camlock connectors from the City of Florissant. Contractor is responsible for providing cabling and necessary racks for power breakout.
A 200amp service panel is provided at the amphitheater in St. Ferdinand park for the main concert series. Cam Lock connectors are provided. Contractor is responsible for providing cabling and necessary racks for power breakout. 20amp duplex outlets are provided at four columns at each corner of the amphitheater stage for any power needs. These are GFI's and typically are used for band members to plug in fans.
Lighting is provided on Wenger Showmobile but does not include any front light. Lighting towers are required from contractor for concerts at the amphitheater in St. Ferdinand Park.
The amphitheater is equipped with a ramp along the backside for the loading and unloading of any equipment. A concrete pad is provided for a FOH position. Vehicles may back up directly to stage and FOH position.
