Description:
Jasper County School District is seeking proposals to complete and correct the Audio Enhancement system installation, including speaker replacement, amplifiers, cabling, exterior speakers, Interactive Touch Controllers, configuration, testing, training, warranty, and support for the Ridgeland and Hardeeville campuses.
Pre-Bid Information:
Mandatory site visit by appointment is required for this solicitation. Vendors must complete site visits for both Ridgeland and Hardeeville campuses by July 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Schedule appointments through shaun.shelton@jcsd.net. Vendors who fail to complete the required site visits may be deemed non-responsive.
