Scope of Services	The College is requesting letters of interest (LOI) from qualified offerors to partner with Hillsborough College for auctioneering services on site and online. The College desires to auction the contents of eight (8) buildings (471,243 sq ft) on the Dale Mabry Campus in Tampa, Florida, within an eight (8) week timeline from notice to proceed. The contents will include building components, furniture, equipment, etc. The purpose of this LOI is to gather information from responsive offerors with whom the College may choose to invite for further discussions such as interviews, oral presentation, demonstrations, best and final offers (“BAFOs”), and negotiations with the goal of obtaining the qualifications and expertise required to assist the College with the successful auction of building contents and maximize revenue for the College. The firm selected shall provide a turnkey auction and asset disposition approach designed to maximize revenue and financial return to the College through the marketing, promotion, sale, and removal of auctioned items. Services may include the sale of movable furniture, fixtures, equipment, architectural elements, building components, and other items deemed marketable or recoverable by the selected firm.
