The Department of Financial Services (DFS), an agency of the State of Florida, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Responses from entities (Respondents) that are qualified and capable of providing auctioneering services to support the Department’s sale of tangible property from lost/abandoned safe deposit boxes remitted to the Division by financial institutions per Chapter 717 Florida Statutes (F.S.).

The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP).  The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this RFP.

For complete information regarding the details of this solicitation please review the attached RFP documents in their entirety.  Documents identified for Response submission are attached separately within this advertisement for Respondent use.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
