Alberta Utilities Commission
The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) is seeking the services of a consultant, or consultants, to provide advice and support in reviewing the scope, accuracy and reliability of an incident report involving the nacelle and rotors of a wind turbine under construction falling to the ground. The AUC is also seeking advice and support to determine whether the issue or issues that led to the incident were isolated to that specific turbine or more widespread, and whether the developer of the wind project can safely resume construction and operation of the project.
