ATTORNEY SERVICES (CIVIL AND PROSECUTING). The City of Nowthen seeks to retain the services of legal consultants to act as the City Prosecuting and City Civil Attorney. The City of Nowthen with a population of 4,563 and is located in the Northwest corner of Anoka County, yet not far from the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
