The Federal Aviation Administration has the following requirement:

LED Lighting System Upgrade at ZTL NADIN Bldg, Federal Aviation Administration,

Hampton GA in accordance with attached Statement of Work.

All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be

eligible for award. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside for NAICS Code:

236210-Industrial Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M

The estimated Project Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $50,000.00.

Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for this requirement.

All pre-construction materials will be reviewed/approved prior to issuance of the

Notice to Proceed (NTP).

A site visit is scheduled for February 25, 2025, at 10:00am ET. If you wish to

attend, submit your name, company, and contact information for all attendees to

David Hopkins at david.hopkins@faa.gov no later than February 24, 2025.

All RFIs regarding the SIR will not be fielded during the site visit and should be

submitted in writing to Raymond Lena at Raymond.a.lena@faa.gov no later than March 3, 2025 at 12:00pm ET. Proposals are due no later than March 14, 2025, at 12:00pm ET. Any proposal received after that time will be deemed non-responsive and will

not be considered for award.
