96115-Concessions, Catering, Vending: Mobile And Stationary (See Class 905 For Airport Concessions);

Texas State University issoliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Respondents to providecomprehensive catered meal services for all Athletics teams and organizations.The selected Respondent(s) will work in close collaboration with designatedrepresentatives from each sport program, as well as Athletics Administration,to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nutritional and catering servicesthat meet the diverse needs of student-athletes and Athletic events.

The successful Respondent(s)will be responsible for providing a wide variety of healthy, safe, andnutritionally appropriate meal options while ensuring consistency, reliability,and exceptional customer service. Respondents must demonstrate the capabilityto deliver competitive pricing, maintain strict food safety and qualitystandards, and offer flexible menu solutions that support the performance,health, and well-being of Texas State University student-athletes.

This Solicitation establishesthe terms, conditions, and requirements that Respondents must meet to beconsidered for this project. Accordingly, all proposals shall adhere to thespecifications set forth herein.
