Athletic Video Management and Streaming Solution

SUNY Cortland's Athletics Department intends to purchase a comprehensive software solution to manage its video needs for their office and teams.

The software will provide the following for each team:

-500 hours of video storage
- Unlimited accounts for video access
- Account tracking to access video consumption by each individual
- 1080p video quality
- Team messaging, including attachments
- Secure video storage
- iOS and Android app
- Email support
- Film exchange network
- Highlight and recruiting profile tools for coaches to access for 3 local regions
- Unlimited game break down assist with team and individual stats, compiling easy-to-navigate visual reports
- For football: Sideline instant replay in game, play tools for scouting

Critical functions for the Department also include:

- Three auto-tracking cameras for use of video collection and live streaming, two outdoor, one indoor
- Ability to live stream games automatically from their platform
- Production software for steaming game with additional features like replay, scoreboards, graphics and commercial ads

SUNY Cortland intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above-noted service.
