Texas Woman’s University(“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) forselection of an Architect/Engineer firm for Project No. 100136 (“Project”), inaccordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in thisRequest for Qualifications.

This Request forQualifications (“RFQ”) is the first step in a two-step process for selecting anArchitect/Engineer firm.  The RFQprovides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications forconsideration and initial ranking by the Owner. Based on the initial ranking,the Owner may select up to five (5) of the top ranked qualified respondents toattend Interviews in the final step of the process.
