Description
Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified general contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the replacement and upgrade of Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC) at Riverton High School. The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents.
The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
