Description

The intent of this RFI is to learn more about outplacement service providers that offer comprehensive outplacement and career transition services for departing ATB team members. ATB is seeking to evolve its current offering from a "traditional" package to a high-value, impact-driven service that emphasizes successful job landings, proactive feedback, and measurable success.

We are specifically looking for information on innovative delivery methods, digital platform capabilities, and robust reporting frameworks that demonstrate the actual value provided to former team members as they transition to their next career phase.

Please note that this RFI is for market research purposes only and will not result in a direct contract award. To ensure compliance with our Trade Agreement obligations as a Crown Corporation, any subsequent procurement will be conducted through a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) posted to APC.
