This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting
Office (NCO) 4, to provide Astral Ventilators and Accessories. The brand name is ResMed. This equipment requirement is for the Lebanon VA Medical Center located in Lebanon, PA 17042. The full solicitation will be posted to GSA eBuy at www.ebuy.gsa.gov on or about November 12, 2025.

The full solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1,000 employees.

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation
package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the
solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this
site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. All questions
