Place of Performance:
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), and Office of Air and Radiation (ORIA), under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13, are seeking quotes for the Membership services described in the attached SOW. The EPA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
For a complete description of the requirements, reference the attachment with specifications and evaluation criteria. Send the quotation via FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net referencing RFQ 68HERH24Q0061 and via email to the Contract Specialist (Victor Thomas) and Contracting Officer (Tomeka Hall) at thomas.victor@epa.gov / hall.tomeka@epa.gov. Vendors having difficulty accessing the announcement or uploading a quotation on FedConnect should contact the contract specialist at thomas.victor@epa.gov or adams.heather@census.gov for further guidance.
Vendors should submit a quotation for the 2024-2025 Low-Level Radioactive Waste Forum Associate Membership Renewal offering technical information indicating that the services offered meets the specifications. The EPA is seeking to purchase the required membership; offers of partial terms will not be accepted.
See the attached listing of applicable provisions and clauses. Vendors are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined by this solicitation.
The Government will award a Purchase Order from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. See attachments with specifications and evaluation criteria.
If you have any questions about this solicitation, you can submit them through email to the Contract Specialist at thomas.victor@epa.gov by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024. Any questions submitted after that will not receive a response. The solicitation will be amended to include all questions and answers. The final submission of the quotations is due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 23, 2024.
