Substations shall be removed and replaced with new pad mounted transformers on exterior of the building and new 120/208V panelboard inside. Additional scope includes selective demolition, new service entrance, and reconnecting existing panel feeder circuits. Project will be phased and require close coordination with Oakwood staff.
