Asset Track Software Renewal

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive purchase to Asset Management International, LLC, at a total cost of $17,900.00, for a two (2) year period of the existing software subscription license to maintain use of the AssetTrack database. This procurement is being made in accordance with the County’s Procurement Policy Section 3-208(10) and is considered a sole source as this is a renewal of the existing AssetTrack subscription license, maintenance, and support services that can only be provided by Asset Management International, LLC, the sole manufacturer of all AssetTrack Server software products. The renewal of the AssetTrack database provides ongoing use of the inventory management software which provides tracking of all Hillsborough County Fire Rescue’s capital inventory assets; located throughout 52 locations in Hillsborough County. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached quote must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “messages” section in Bonfire for this particular procurement. After this date, an award will be made. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
