The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 2025-RFP-062 , Asset Management Upgrade from Cityworks to Trimble Unity Maintain to be received no later than Friday, October 24, 2025 , 12:00 pm . Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.
Department of Engineering and Public Works (EPW) has utilized the Cityworks platform for asset and work management since its implementation in 2019. The department manages this program internally. The current project is necessitated by the vendor's planned sunsetting of support for the Cityworks Respond interface. This critical change in vendor support is the primary driver for upgrading to the Trimble Unity Maintain platform, ensuring continuity of essential field and asset management operations.
