5804 Assessment of the NR Transit Center & New Roc Garage

The purpose of this Procurement is to facilitate the selection of a qualified consultant firm to provide the City of New Rochelle with a condition assessment for the aforementioned Municipal parking garages as required by City of New Rochelle Municipal Building Code, Chapter 221.  In combination with your review of the existing structure, we can develop repair program options and assist you in assessing the long-term cost of ownership and upkeep of this structure. There are multiple repair options for a given structure and there are benefits and drawbacks to a series of less intensive repairs over time versus substantial repairs undertaken to replace an entire portion of the structure.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2025 starting a 10:00a.m., which will start at the Train Station Lobby located at 24 Station Plaza, New Rochelle, NY then the New Roc Garage located at 51 LeCount Place, immediately following.
