Project Description: The Howard County Public School System or “HCPSS” is interested in gathering information on having an assessment(s) done on our transportation fleet and operations, particularly assessing the areas needed to accurately estimate the cost of public ownership of a fleet of school buses and the cost of a turnkey bus electrification program. Submissions should include the amount of estimated time required to prepare a formal assessment and recommendation, which will then be presented to the Howard County Board of Education
