Assembly, Postage and Mail Services

The City of Pontiac would like to mail CPREA notices to approximately 1,000- 1,200 potential recipients. The details for this project are as follows:

• 1000-1200 potential recipients
• The printed materials could amount to a maximum of 50 pages. With the exception of the cover letter, the remaining pages could be double-sided.
• The vendor would have to create the labels from the lists to be provided.
• Printing costs should cover the copying charges.
• Envelopes would need to be factored in, more than likely 9x12 size.
• Postage would need to be factored in as well, first class.
• The items would need to be mailed out as soon as the information is given to them (within a 14-day timeframe).
