The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids for Contractor(s) to supply asphaltic concrete, place asphaltic concrete, and provide associated road construction services for the County of Volusia, Florida. The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this ITB may be used by all Departments on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of any minimum expenditure by the County.
