Description:

The City of Dubuque is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for Asphalt Profile Milling Services, as outlined with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFB. No more than 2” of profile milling is required throughout each major component, or phase of this project. A more detailed Scope of Services is provided in Section 4 of this RFB. The City reserves the right to accept and award any or all services to multiple firms on a non-exclusive basis.

All contractors should note directly contacting other City of Dubuque staff or any of the Selection Committee members shall be considered inappropriate and grounds for disqualification.
