Asphalt Pavement Performance Improvement Plan

Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide services for the development and delivery of an asphalt pavement knowledge sharing education program that is dedicated, coordinated and continuously improving, for the Material Tests Division of TxDOT, Industry and Consultants. The program expectations include improving engineering and technical knowledge base for decision-makers; improving understanding of the engineering and art associated with designing and construction asphalt pavements; sharing experiences with peer contacts and providing consistency for quality; and providing guidance for sound engineering practices.
