This contract encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks as detailed in the Contract Documents, including all drawings, specifications, and appendices:
• Removal of Concrete Patches: The contractor shall remove existing concrete patches covering City utilities, as identified in the project drawings.
• Asphalt Milling and Paving: After patch removal, the contractor will mill a 2-inch depth for a length of 10 feet around the specified area to provide a smooth and level transition to the existing roadway.
This milling process shall follow the specifications for pavement preparation outlined in the Contract Documents.
• Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Placement: The contractor will replace the removed concrete patches with a HMA overlay, ensuring that the final surface is level with the surrounding roadway, with no elevation discrepancies.
