Asphalt Parking Lot Reconditioning - Four Sites

The School District of Greenville County invites responsible firms to submit a SEALED BID for Asphalt Parking Lot Reconditioning - Four Sites Solicitation Number 326-71 for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract to provide Asphalt Parking Lot Surface Repairs, Reconditioning, Striping and Painting at Bell's Crossing Elementary, Blue Ridge Middle, Blue Ridge High and Mauldin Middle. Work must be completed for designated locations between May 23, 2026 and August 3, 2026, and weekend work until November 2, 2026.

A brief description of the projects required at each location consists of:

• Bells Crossing - Multiple areas that will be either milled and overlay, or full-depth replaced
• Blue Ridge Middle - All the courts shall milled and overlay with new asphalt
• Blue Ridge High and Mauldin Middle - Multiple repairs required.
