The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide (picked-up by City of San Antonio vehicles) asphalt oil and emulsion material to the Public Works Department in accordance with specifications listed herein. This material will be utilized for maintenance and repair of city highways, streets, and bridges throughout the City of San Antonio.
