The contract consists of supplying 3/8” and 1/2” Maximum Medium Type A Asphalt Concrete, and Cutback on an as-needed basis. The length of the contract will be twelve (12) months, starting July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2027. The contract may be extended annually with the same prices and terms if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and City.
