Pinellas County Public Works seeks to establish an annual contract for asphalt materials to be purchased and picked up as needed includes asphaltic concrete and asphalt emulsion, as further set forth in these specifications. The goal of this contract is to secure vendors to provide a continuous source for materials within Pinellas County limits that will be picked up from the plant by the County. Award may be to more than one vendor.
