A l l submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “ Asphalt Emulsion for Slurry Street Improvement Projects 27-PW-008E” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 1:00 PM, Arizona time on July 1, 2026.
