NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Huron, South Dakota, will on the 19th day of May 2026 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. Central Time, at the Huron Municipal Building City Commission Meeting Room, 239 Wisconsin Avenue S.W., Huron, South Dakota, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following:

Bid No. 2026-19 Furnish all labor and materials necessary for Asphalt Concrete Crack Sealing - 2026, as specified.

Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the City of Huron’s Web site at: https://huronsd.gov/Bids.aspx Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or draft of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and issued by a State or National Bank and made payable to the City of Huron, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Huron, as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Huron, South Dakota.

The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
