Asphalt Cement

The City of Kirksville, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for Asphalt Cement, delivered to the City’s Asphalt plant (3310 Industrial Court) until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025 at the office of the City Clerk 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. Bids must be plainly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope: Sealed Bid: Asphalt Cement. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the City of Kirksville.
