Aspen Pipeline Project Construction and Inspection Controls

To provide and supply inspection services as well as complete construction management, controls and support services for all pipeline construction activities including:

• Construction and Contract Management
• Pipeline Construction Quality Assurance
• Project Planning and Controls
• Safety Planning and Management
• Pipeline Inspection Resource Management
• Environment Planning and Coordination

In order to be considered for this bid list, proponents must indicate they can meet the following mandatories, complete attached Appendix A document.

• Construction and inspection control services will be self-performed
• Similar recent previous experience provided
• Proponent, or any member of the proponent, is not in dispute with SaskEnergy, TransGas or its’ subsidiaries involving mediation, arbitration or litigation

Companies interested in being considered for this bid list are to complete all three (3) tabs of attached Appendix A document and provide recent previous experience completing similar services. If this is not filled out in full (all applicable cells) and sufficient details provided, you may not be considered.
