Sealed bids for the following described Multiple Materials Requirements will be submitted to the Asotin County Board of Commissioners at:

Commissioner's Chambers, Asotin County Courthouse Annex

95 2nd Street

Asotin, WA 99402

10:00 a.m.

March 19, 2026 And then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements as stated in each schedule.

SCHEDULE B:                        PAVEMENT MARKINGS

SCHEDULE C:                        ASPHALTIC BITUMINOUS MATERIALS

SCHEDULE D:                        HOT MIX ASPHALT AND TACK OIL

SCHEDULE F:                        GAS AND DIESEL FUEL

SCHEDULE G:                        FLAGGING

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked for the appropriate Bid Schedule.

Asotin County reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids.

Special Requirements:
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Deposit of Cash, Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Asotin County Public Works Department.
Miscellaneous:
No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The bid package and bid forms for each schedule are included in the Multiple Bid specifications.
