This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation number 20260826STAFMAT is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Storage Cylinders with Bank Configuration. The NAICS Code is 333248.



This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.



USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, has a requirement (brand name or equal) for:



QTY 1 NEW Bauer Four (4) ASME 6000 PSI Storage Cylinders Rack with Bank Configuration



QTY 40 NEW P/N 527BA04 – Hose, 7,000 PSI that complies with CGA G7 1-1 Grade E Breathing Air Standards and NFPA 1901 – ¼ inch.



QTY 1 Assembly and installation services, inclusive of mounting and testing



To be considered equal, equipment must be the same in terms of purpose, function, size, durability, and PSI capacity, as referenced above. When quoting equal, please provide specifications detail.



Offerors shall provide a firm fixed price for all items listed above, inclusive of shipping to USCG Base Kodiak, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING BLDG 26, Kodiak, AK 99619. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
