ASL AZFP Sensor Services and Refurbishment

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of refurbishment and services for ASL AZFP instruments from ASL Environmental Sciences as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. ASL Environmental Sciences was the selected supplier of sensor instrumentation for the OOI project in 2010 and is the manufacturer and only supplier who can refurbish and service the instruments. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by October 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm, PST.
