Ashgabat Post: SUV procurement

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan will launch the solicitation on the https://tm.usembassy.gov/ and https://sam.gov/ websites when it is available.

The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat is going to procure Official Vehicle. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver left-handed motor vehicle to the U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan and System for Award Management (SAM). No paper copies will be mailed.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Advance payments are not authorized.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
